Rate Increase:
New Service Fees, as of August 15, 2024:
New Meter Installation: $1,500.00 - New Meter/Tap Fee; $2,500.00 - Capital Improvement Fee; $200.00 - Membership Fee; and $75.00 Customer Service Inspection Fee for a total of $4,275.00. If extension or road bore is needed this will be in addition to the total stated above.
Re-connect Meter: $600.00 - Reconnect Fee; $200.00 - Membership Fee; and $75.00 Customer Service Inspection Fee for a total of $875.00.
$175.00 - Service Investigation/Inquiry Fee - This fee will be assessed if quote for residential new service requires on location measurements, extensions, road bores or TxDOT involvement etc. Fee will be credited to your New Meter Installation cost, but is non-refundable.
